Today’s guest is Dr. Colleen Mullen. Colleen holds a doctorate in marriage and family therapy and is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She’s the founder of The Coaching Through Chaos private practice in San Diego and the host of The Coaching Through Chaos Podcast.
Colleen specializes in addiction treatment, relationships in conflict, helping people with anxiety, depression & trauma. Her passion lies in helping people understand the process of change in their lives and guiding them through those changes.
